    Job Details:
    ​The Business Analyst will provide expert ICT business analysis and advice to support complex projects, strategic planning, and policy development. Working with a high degree of autonomy, they will engage with stakeholders, analyse business needs, interpret policy and procedures, and contribute to delivering successful project and organisational outcomes. Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills are essential to identify and respond to business requirements and expectations.
    Key Duties and Responsibilities:
    • Analyse business needs, stakeholder objectives, and opportunities for improvement.
    • Provide advice and guidance to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
    • Develop and implement business analysis approaches to support project outcomes.
    • Build strong stakeholder relationships and collaborate with subject matter experts to achieve business objectives.
    • Identify and recommend solutions, benefits, and process improvements.
    • Resolve complex business issues and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
    • Deliver high-quality outcomes within agreed timeframes while mentoring junior team members.
    • Validate business outcomes to ensure alignment with Defence requirements.
