    Job Details:
    The Administrator will be responsible for developing and implementing an application virtualisation design to deliver applications to existing environments. They will also be responsible for developing a third-party patching design and providing Subject Matter Expertise (SME) to the Digital Workspaces team for the development and management of the organisation’s SOE’s.
    The role sits with the Digital Workspaces (DWSPC) technical team who provide management and support of the organisation’s Virtual Desktop Environments and Windows Standard Operating Environments (SOEs).

    Job Details:
    The Department is seeking experienced System Administrators to provide end-to-end administration and strategic support for the Atlassian suite, specifically Jira, Jira Service Manager (JSM), and Confluence (Data Centre).

    ​System administrators     will also help drive and deliver the uplift of Enterprise Service Management (ESM) and Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) capabilities leveraging JSM to enable tracking work requested and completed (requests/incidents) against a range of assets (e.g. ICT systems, software, hardware, etc).
