TSPV and NON-TSPV ROLES
REDSPICE (Resilience, Effects, Defence, SPace, Intelligence, Cyber, Enablers) is designed to respond to these challenges.

REDSPICE will maintain Defence's edge and continue to ensure that Australia is best prepared to respond to the strategic and technology environment. ASD's REDSPICE will deliver forward-looking capabilities essential to maintaining Australia's strategic advantage and capability edge over the coming decade and beyond. ASD has engaged Keane through ASD's Technical Support Services (TSS) Panel to support REDSPICE in identifying and engaging long term contractors to deliver the REDSPICE initiatives and meet its goals. |
Update on Current submissions
Keane has a number of candidates identified by ASD as “successful” and have subsequently completed the REDSPICE “Organisational Suitability Assessment” (OSA). However, the second stage of the TSPV process for these candidates has not yet started.
These candidates have been prioritised due to their technical skill sets. Please note, there are a number of skill sets that have not yet been assessed and progressed to to OSA. This is in part due to the completion time frames for the facilities in Melbourne and Brisbane and their readiness to support the TSPV workforce (mid 2025). AGSVA and the evaluators are continuing to process the high volume of candidates in ‘batches’ and we will continue to keep you informed on the outcome or progression of your application as the is still a live process.

The most recent phase (EOI Pt2) of the REDSPICE application process for contracting roles has closed. However, Keane is expecting the next phase(s) to be released in 2024.
