Winner of the Keane Consulting Next Gen ICT Prize for 2023
Keane Consulting is a staunch advocate of equality, diversity and encouragement of women in ICT.
The annual Keane Consulting Next Gen ICT prize provides funding and opportunity for a young, Canberra-local woman attending a Canberra university or tertiary institution to undertake STEM based studies (preferably ICT focussed) for their first year of study after completion of college. Although the prize includes a cash component, opportunities are also provided to provide practical, hands on support. This includes: access to business mentoring; support finding a job; networking; and access to WIC (Women in ICT) executive committee meetings to further develop business awareness, knowledge and understanding.

The Keane Consulting Next Gen ICT prize is:
- Awarded annually.
- Available to one female Canberra Year 12 student accepted to a Canberra University or tertiary institution in a STEM based course with an ICT focus being preferred.
- Is awarded to the recipient who has demonstrated a strong academic record through year 11 and year 12.
