Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Applications Developer with expertise in ServiceNow and experience working in SCRM Agile teams. In this role, the successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing and maintaining innovative solutions within the ServiceNow platform while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to delivery high-quality software aligned with government standards.
Key duties and responsibilities
Design, develop, and implement solutions on the ServiceNow platform to meet business and technical requirements.
Collaborate with SCRUM Agile teams to deliver iterative enhancements and new functionalities.
Customize ServiceNow applications, including workflows, UI policies, business rules, and client scripts.
Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies
Troubleshoot and resolve ServiceNow issues and ensure platform performance and reliability.
Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system designs, configurations, and user guides.

Junior Network Engineer
to join our team on a contract basis. Desirable Skills:

Automation & Orchestration:
Expertise in VMware Aria Automation (vRealize Automation), workflow orchestration, and infrastructure‐as‐code (IaC) using Terraform or Ansible.
Scripting & API Integration:
Strong proficiency in PowerShell, Python, or Bash for automation, along with experience in integrating RESTful APIs with cloud and IT systems.
Self‐Service & CI/CD:
Experience developing self‐service portals, integrating with security tools, and leveraging CI/CD pipelines for automation.
Cloud Infrastructure & Security:
Deep understanding of VMware vSphere, NSX, vSAN, and VCF, security best practices, RBAC, IAM, and compliance frameworks like Essential Eight.
