Owen Keane
Director
Owen is the founder and co-owner of Keane Consulting. He provides strategic direction for the business and supports the delivery of key internal business functions. Owen is a system engineer who has worked long term as a contractor almost exclusively on capability delivery projects in the NIC.

Melinda Keane
Director
Melinda is the co-owner of Keane Consulting and provides strategic direction for the business. She is a graphic designer by profession and these skills are utilised by the business. Melinda supports the delivery of key internal business functions.

Sean Wood
Chief Operating Officer
Sean oversees the development and implementation of the strategic direction of Keane Consulting. Sarah has over 15 years of experience in Human Resources applying an employee-centric approach for the employment life cycle. Sarah is responsible for the development of the Keane culture, employee experience, and human resource function both internally and for Keane’s external contractors. As well as a bachelor's degree in philosophy, Sarah has completed a graduate certificate in HR and is a certified employee experience practitioner and organisational coach.

As a business owner herself, Kylie has a wealth of experience in client relations. Kylie understands the importance of meeting expectations, fulfilling promises and being highly responsive. Kylie is responsible for assisting people transitioning into the contracting market; assisting existing contractors through the contract process; and providing operational support to Keane systems including our contracting payroll services business.

She excels in exceeding expectations. Kim thrives on being efficient, personable, approachable and accountable. She is responsible for contractor care and support.

Steve’s background includes having served in the Australian Army for 8 years where he developed leadership skills as well as his natural approach to working with people.

Mitch enjoys learning and has a passionate interest in economics and performance psychology. He is currently undertaking a Bachelor of Politics and International Relations and a Bachelor of Psychology at University of Canberra.
